Poweredge R710 install hypervisor
Hi,
I have Poweredge R710 with idrac6 express which showing "iDRAC Express does not support Virtual Console". Any idea how to install hypervisor without Virtual Console?

You can boot to the Lifecycle Controller (F10 on startup) then select Platform/Firmware Update, from there you can point to the FTP and then update the entire platform.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply.
I am following the doc you provided, but getting the error(attached). Please suggest if i am doing something wrong or which LC file i have to download. I have downloaded the "Lifecycle-Controller_Legacy_Application_0WFGM_WN64_1.7.5.4_A00.EXE" file.

Upadhyaysu,
Without having the iDrac Enterprise Virtual Media functionality you would have to install the hypervisor locally via USB, DVD, etc.
This guide will help you with the OS install options.
