My company recently setup ESRS to help manage our relationship with EMC support. We want to be able to leave the policies fairly open so that the EMC techs can complete whatever work they need without our approval each time. I have setup the audit logs to track remote access for a longer than default duration. My question is whether there is a way to have ESRS send an email to myself and the internal network admin whenever a remote session is started?
