I found below recommendation , but just wondering if there is recommended % of log size per disk size  would be available .

Or just have to be up to 10MB for any cases ?

Page 165 ：EMC recommends that you not increase the 10 MB default value for the log file size.

Increasing this value makes the log file more difficult to load and process as it grows in size

If more retention is necessary, increase the rollover count instead
