Alienware Wireless Headset AW988 - Dongle Error!!! ❌ 🤔

Hello Everyone

I have a big problem that I searched all over the internet but I didn't find any solution for it!

When I insert a USB Alienware Wireless Gaming Headset AW988 dongle into my laptop, instead of recognizing my headset real dongle name, it mistakenly recognizes another name which is Avnera AV6301, and the headset can't connect to the laptop.

This headset used to work and had no problems before but I do not know what happened

I'll attach the name of the wrong headset

how to this issue can solve it?

    Hi, Unfortunately, there was not any solution for it!

    Please call the company and asking for a new Headset AW988 again

    My son is, too.  Doesn't seem to be anyway to reconcile (eg can't find drivers to try to reinstall for example.  Did a factory reset of his laptop, no success.
