cd burner stopped working
i have a dell inspiron 8200 and the cd burner won't read or write i think the lense died. does anyone know where i can either buy a new drive or have the lense replaced. the model is ujda360 and i have already upgraded the firmware.
- Use Nero 6.0....I got the same sort of problem and try to find cdrw drive, but i don't know, if you are not sure what the problem is, then try to use an external cd drive to see it's drive itself problem. If it's not, use nero 6.0 and don't use roxio cuz roxio always gets some issues. Now my cdrw works just normally.
