I have a desk top with a vertical Disc Drive. When I push the button to open it it only opens an inch. Is it suppose to be that way?  Backing up a music CD to I tunes the drive sped up so fast and noisy I thought a plane was flying low over the house. I couldn't finish importing the CD. Often when I put a CD or SD card in it is not recognized. My Epson install printer disc installed I have to go to my computer to see  what's on it. Is all this normal.  How can I talk to a real person before the warrantee runs out.
