My XPS 400 has been having problems playings DVDs. When I put a DVD in my computer to watch, no matter which program I open it with, my computer goes to the blue screen of death. The computer has no problems reading game discs and cds. I am thinking I may need to update my DVD decoder. I was wondering if anyone knew what DVD decoder Dell uses or if anyone can think of another reason why this is occuring.
