my hard drive crashed and I want to reinstall the OS (winXP home).  However, when I put the reinstall winXP CD in, the system says it doesn't have an OS installed (I knew that).  I cannot create the startup disks, as the computer will no longer boot.  Is there a way I can tell the computer to boot from the XP CD?
