Having received my Dimension 9200, I started the reinstallation Windows XP Professional. Having formatted the partition and loaded the necessary setup files, the computer rebooted (as per norm). However, it did not get any further than the the RAID 0 BIOS. "Disk Read Error - Press CTRL-ALT-DEL to restart computer". I reconfigured the RAID 0, I fiddled with the BOOT menu, and I spent hours on the phone with a Dell technical support representative but to no avail. Can anyone help?
