Inspiron 9300

nec DVD+-RW ND 6500A

 

This cd/dvd work fine with Roxio record now! premium and DLA.

 

But I encounter some troubles when I want to read cd what were written with an other pc, in particular with Nero INCD.

In fact, the inspiron is stopped. CTR ALT DEL don't work. I have to power off and restart the system.

 

That is very annoying because I receive a lot of cd coming from other peoples.

 

Should somebody have an idea?
