I'm using windows 8.1 recently installed and on a notebook Inspiron 14 3000 series (I14-3442-A40). I open the SupportAssistInstaller.exe (I had download here: https://downloads.dell.com/serviceability/catalog/SupportAssistInstaller.exe ), extract some archives and nothing happens. When i see on task manager, the SupportAssist process simply closes.

I need that program to update the bios, that's much old (Dell Inc. A04, 05/08/2014).
