Hi,

I received my laptop a few days ago and I always used a mouse.

Today I tried using my touchpad and it's not working properly:

I can move with it but I can't click. No left or right clicks, sometimes I can see the selection box but it's random.

Already done :

uninstalling and reinstalling the device
updated all drivers using Dell software
reviewed the settings in control panel

What can I do to fix this issue ?
