Thanks for posting! There are the DRAC Configuration Tools, which are mostly for updating firmware and configuring the DRAC to integrate Active Directory:
If you create scripts with racadm, you can configure pretty much any aspect of a DRAC card. Here is a standalone version of racadm just like the one that comes with OpenManage Server Administrator:
