Hi can anyone help - i have installed it assistant on a server to monitor other servers i have followed all documentation and everything seems to be ok (servers are being discovered etc) the only problem i have is when i goto the status page of a server im monitoring there is no indication of array manager

 

here is my setup

 

IT Assistant:

PE1850

W2k3

SQL 2000

snmp installed

cim enabled

it assistant 6.5.3

 

Server

PE2850

W2k3

snmp installed

server administrator 1.9.2

array manager 3.6

 

client workstation

win xpsp2

it assistant 6.5.3 console

 

I setup the snmp correctly and am recieving alerts etc. i setup a user for cim and made sure it was a local admin with log on locally rights

If i take a disk out of the server being monitored the it assistant recieves an snmp message about the array being degraded but the home page on it assistant says that there is nothing wrong with the server (i.e. there is a green tick by the server)

 

can anyone help?
