Dell venue pro 5130 wifi/Bluetooth issues

Hey guys I am wondering if anyone has had any issues regarding the Bluetooth and WIFI. My WIFI has been just stopping all together after being in sleep mode for a little bit (30 minutes maybe?). I would turn the device back on and the WIFI would be gone. I would click on the networks option to look at the local WIFI and it would be gone. The only option to turn on would be the LTE (which I don't have). I would reboot the tablet a few times and most of the time it would be still gone. Then when I give up and leave it off for a few hours it seems to resolve its self. I used some self fixing process (I honestly cant remember how I did it or what it was) but it disabled the driver and reactivated it and fixed it. But as I was watching Netflix last night I lost my WIFI. I had to download the drivers on my phone and transfer the file via Bluetooth to fix it. I reinstalled the drivers and fixed the problem but now my Bluetooth is gone. I tried to reinstall the driver again and I am still having issues. I have automatic updates enabled on my PC and pay for virus protection.

I am so very frustrated with this device. I currently a student in school and it feels like more often then not, when I come to class or go to study, it is a *** whether or not it is going to work. If it isn't the WIFI not working it is the stylus not working (separate issue that I won't discuss here). If it isn't that it's the display not working for the dock the screen that wont turn on. When I am in class needing to take notes or work I don't have time to troubleshoot my problems and I am sick of having to do it. I have owned this device since the beginning of the year and it keeps having lots of little issues. Does anyone have any help or suggestions on fixing this particular driver issue? I am really close to selling this device and buying a surface.
