I purchased dell venue phone couple of weeks back when it was under a promotion of a $200 dell gift card. See the link below from one of the deal websites.

I purchased this phone and have not yet received the gift card. Spent hours with customer service but they were not able to help as this is an expired promotion now. Each time customer service rep transferred me to another department and that continued with no luck.  I was shocked when one of them transferred me to T-mobile as i bought T-mobile Venue. I saw some other people having the same problem on internet.

I then sent an email to customer service who then responded me back providing a contact number of dell mobility saying that they would help. When i called Dell Mobility, they said that i need to speak to customer care and not Dell Mobility. What should i do? This is such a frustrating experience. Any help would be appreciated!
