I have tried both the single file download and the Dell Download Manager, neither work.

Can you please give me the explicit path for the FTP server as the link does not work?

Are you using the Dell Download Manager for the download? If yes, please try single-file download please.

Alternatively, if that doesn't work, please try this:-

ftp.us.dell.com/.../1

The ftp link works for me now. Download trough the regular site still not working. Even not with the Akamai downloader.
