I have a Dell Dimension E310, running XP.  I was infected with a virus, which I finally cleared up, but now I'm having trouble with windows.  I can't access the control panel (it doesn't show up on the start menu) on all profiles, or the task manager on 4 of 5 profiles.  I also can't change the time on the clock.
