Hi All,

I purchased a PC from Dell last January and all is fine except for one problem.

When I connect to the internet I loose my connection after a few seonds, any webpage I try to access displays the page 'This page cannot be displayed'. Sometime I cant even connect to the internet, when I got my PC first I had no trouble with the Internet.

I rang my internet service provider and they suggested that I may have a virus. I have Norton Anti Virus on my PC but I cant update it beacuse I can't get onto their webpage. I have access to the internet in work so I can download anything that might be helpful to me.

I would really appreciate any help. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the name of the virus that I have on my PC.?

How can I get rid of it?
