I need help getting rid of casinopalazzo. I have run adaware, spybot, housecall from trend micro and solo av. I get online and the 1st window that pops up is the casinopalazzo one. It puts an icon with an "x"  labled a word that starts with "s", ends with "x" and has an "e" in the middle on the desktop(sorry, the word isn't allowed on this forum and I had to edit). I have searched google until I'm blue. Can anyone help? I'm desperate and close to doing a clean reinstall.
