Hello again.  I have started this new thread - hopefully it will load fast for you, because I still need your help!!

 

I have printed out the checklist you suggested but don't think I can get through it with my untechnical understanding!  But I do notice that it says to disable ALL antivirus components, webtrap, spyware, etc. 

 

I do not know how to disable the Kerio Firewall, the AVG-AntiVirus, the Spybot, Adware or AVG Antispyware.  Can you tell me how to do this?  Maybe that's the crux of the problem with the automatic windows updates?  Else, what can I send to you for review of the issue??
