1) Not able to clear my Spam Shield.  Which I normally do weekly but this week for some reason, whenever I try to log on, it wants me to log on again & again, never getting access.  I think my Internet has been compromised somehow.  Such as,  I was trying to download something & it didn't allow me to download it until I changed the security level.

I don't if this is related or not but I was trying to subscribe to this newspaper & I got this message:
