I need to identify the date when the devices created and attached to the host?
What is the command to identify the date?
I checked in the EMC Grab report but no luck.
Please help.

you may try symaudit ..but if it's been a long time since it's been provisioned, it's most likely gone from the logs

my symaudit logs go back 1.5 back, give it a shot.
