Beep when opening web pages
Whenever I open a web page I get a beep. I feel it has something to do with Norton Internet Security, but I can't find it. I have tried adjusting sound properties, no good, any suggestions would be appreciated.

- Go down the whole list and use the test button to id the sound. You can test the whole sound scheme by turning off sounds altogether. Then see if you still hear it. If you do, look for a setting within Norton or another program like Google Toolbar or Pop up blocker. Google can play a sound when blocking popups.
- I have Spybot, Ad-Aware[turned off Ad-Watch, conflict with Norton], run them both frequently. No, this is a computer notification beep for something on opening Web pages, that I can't figure out how to turn off, or how it got started, I am thinking Norton, but I have gotten no where with that.
