Whenever I try to view pdf files on the internet, I only get a blank white screen with the "Done" showing in the lower left hand corner on the task bar. And then this freezes my internet explorer window. Adobe came already installed on my Inspiron 6000, and I don't have a backup disk for it so I would be hesitant to remove it and then try to reinstall it, unless you can do so without the Adobe CD.

 

Also, I try to open the Adobe program itself and nothing happens....
