i have a dell inspiron 1545   Was trying to install windows  and something happened it did not finish  it tell me to restart the computer and reinstall windows  , Thats the only thing it does  i was trying to install windows from a usb drive  < i can do nothing from either the hard drive the cd drive or usb , I gather something happened to the boot partition? and no it woulddo anything . I tried to fix the boot partition either it didnt work or i did it wrong   So i dont know what to do , I tried to get into bios  but there now an admin statrator password on the computer iand i cant remeber what it was This is windows 7 i was trying to updster it to windows 10
