I have an xps 600. My os is xp home. I got a virus and when I deleted it out my computer is not running right so I figure ans reformat will be a lot easier to fix everything. Well when i put my dell xp home cd to reformat My computer loads the files then I get this message "setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer" Then it said something running manufacturer untiles to check out the hard drive. Now I did this ans it passed everything. Now I guess I need the third party drivers. But I don't have a floppy disk

Can someone help me and give a step by step instructions how to do this

another question shouldn't dell include these drives on the xp disk?
