Windows XP Home SP3 - McAfee Total Protection - Windows Defender

 

How can I monitor the temperatures of my processor ???
I want to be able to check it periodically so that I can add more cooling, if needed.

I do not plan to attempt over-clocking or tweaking the memory speeds, I just want to protect what I have.

Is there something built into Win XP SP3 that would do that, or do I need some sort of aftermarket software ??

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
