My CPU usage in the Task Manager reads 100%.  I have cleared the cache, cookies, run Ad-Aware and Spybot with no change.  The process which appears to be responsible for the high usage is  svchost232.exe  Is this a needed windows file?  Why might it be using so much CPU capacity?
