My father's computer has been messed up for a couple weeks after receiving the msblaster worm. After trying a gajillion things to get rid of the worm, it still remains. He has decided to do a complete system recovery, however he cannot find his recovery disk(s). I recovered my eMachines PC a couple of months ago and I to had lost the CD but I was able to download the program from their support website and burn it onto a CD. So far I cannot find a recovery for download from Dell. :(

So can somebody please help, all I need is the recovery program so I can burn it onto a CD so I can use it on his computer. So far I have got nothing but horrible support from Dell, hopefully you guys can redeem yourselves.

His PC was shipped in 2003, so the Ctrl-F11 doesn't work. I searched through the forums and I found no advice which helps me. If eMachines has a downloadable recovery, then Dell (America's #1 PC--right?) should have it..
