I purchased LoJack for Laptops when I purchased my computer. I downloaded it through digital download which states that  there was an installation error and to reinstall. I keep trying and the error keeps popping up. It does not appear in my uninstall programs portion of the control panel so I can't try again. How can I fix it? I don't have a registration key so I can't even download the software from an outside link.  Thanks
