I'm running Vista on an Inspiron 530. The recovery disk is almost full - I accidently backed up to it. How can I undo that?

I have no experience with the recovery disc, but I am thinking you should be able to delete the backups.
I have a collection of Dells, including a Vostro 220s (similar to the 530), but I've always installed clean from the Windows disk.
