I have gotten myself in a real mess.  I fell for buying keywords, realized it was a scam, tried to cancel and am having to dispute the charge on my card.  The more I have investigated the more fraud I have found.  I decided to download the browser update they said was necessary, CommonName.  Guess what,  that did not work like they said either.  Surprise, Surprise.  I have ad-aware on my computer and found out that commonname is just a glorified spyware but I cannot seem to get rid of it.  I don't understand what hijackthis is but need to get rid of this program.  What I thought to do was take off internet explorer and then reload but realized that would not work.  I tried to delete the commonname program file but that did not work either.  I need help in terms I can understand.  Can you point me in the right direction?  And how do these companies get by with selling this stuff.  I admit I should have done my homework before buying into this scam but I guess I am weak when it comes to telemarketers.
