On a Dell, I believe your FN (or ALT) and Arrow keys change the orientation of the display.
You can also right-click on the Desktop, Screen Resolution, and change the Orientation there.

Ctrl Alt and a directional arrow key (←, ↓, ↑ and →) does it on many Dell laptops/desktops.

I have a Inshinpiron 17RN7110 and some how rotated my monitor screen 90 degrees right (clockwise). What keyboard shortcut do I use to rotate back left (counter clockwise) 90 degrees, or any other way.
