Issues rendering graphics and loading webpages in multiple browsers
Hey folks,
About two weeks ago I noticed an issue with in my browser whereby graphics were not rendering correctly, I have attached a couple of pictures as an example. I am slightly concerned as this seems to now have developed further as various websites do not even render content correctly. This issue is impacting various web browsers, although performs slightly better within IE.
So far I have rolled back some of my windows updates to no avail.
Removed my cache and cookes, restarted the browser...
Changed the DNS settings on my router and restarted.
I don't know what else to do, I feel that I could uninstalled windows security essentials but don't think this will solve it.
Does anyone have any suggestions on the next step, my PC is performing as normal in terms of watching live video so I don't believe this to be a graphics card issue.
Cannot even hit select to upload the images, this is really screwed now.
So far I have rolled back windows updates, removed windows security essentials, flash player, java & chrome. Still have an issue rendering these pages, although it seems slightly better now, I though the issue was resolved as last night I removed flash and the problem seemed to disapear, however having reinstalled flash the problem happend straight away. So I removed flash once more and it is still causing an issue even with flash and all the other apps uninstalled.
It does seem slightly better today, however the stream app that probably renders pages in html is also having issues. So I am not sure if this could perhaps be an issue with a .net framwork update from windows.
I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
I would like to inform you that I have done some research for this issue for you and have found out one of the articles which would be useful for you. Please check the same:

If you are still experiencing issues after trying the steps above:
The cause is either your computer's firewall settings or your web browser. To troubleshoot, please follow the steps below in order until the issue is resolved:
Firewall issues: If you are behind a firewall or connecting to the Internet through a proxy server (like a business Intranet), this could also prevent images from displaying. Try turning off (or "disabling") one or both of these features. For information, see Temporarily turning off anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall products.
Additional browser troubleshooting steps: If it's not a firewall issue, the cause is your browser. Each step below is designed to fix common browser issues, and you can click on the links for complete instructions as needed.

Hi wicked877,
Please let us know the model number of the system you have and the version of Windows installed on the same.
Kindly check the system with a different browser like chrome or Firefox to isolate if it is an issue with the IE only.
Also, if possible kindly attach the screenshot of the same so we can check and advise accordingly.
Thanks and Regards
Sandeep P
