Mobo replaced - Windows License question

We had a mobo replaced by a Dell tech recently.  He gave us an insert from Dell with a product key and "W8P/W10 32/64BIT SVC DPK" on it.  Which exact version of Windows is this?  Can this license be used on a non-Dell machine?  I tried on a different brand machine and Windows 10 Pro 21H2 will not activate, so I'm not sure I'm using the right version of Windows.

Thanks for any insight.

The product key provided by onsite engineer after Motherboard replacement is dedicated for that particular system and operating system. For your system, we see that system was shipped with Windows 10 Pro so you can use it to activate Windows 10 pro operating system.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
