I have been trying to get help with tech issues regarding an appropriate display driver download and haven't heard back from the tech and I'm still having the same problems.  I would prefer to deal directly with support via e-mail or live chat but since I don't have a warranty I can't use those methods.  How can you improve that issue, because I couldn't get a direct answer on how to put back together my crashed laptop computer because I still have the original re-installation disks that I could have used.
