After a few sucessful transfers of file from my W98SE to my new Dell P4 XP, I get a "network password prompt" to accesss the shared folders of the Dell.   I have tried my administrator password but keep getting locked out.

The network prompt wasn't coming up before. I have tried removing shared folder acccess and reinstated it but nothing works.

This is not the "administrator" listed under the "built-in account of administering the computer domain" is it ...If so how do I get the password... or remove the need for the password.    I can share the printer on the W98 machine withou a password.
