This is just a wild guess. You must be in SAFE MODE. You can change to NORMAL MODE by holding down the F8 KEY when the White Internet Explorer Window pops up. This is rightr after you turn the machine ON and just prior to the WINDOWS display. You will here a beepeing. The setting will be accessed after you let the KEY up. Change the setting to normal with the arrow CURSORS on the right of the keyboard, then press ENTER. Your PC should behave properly.  MAYBE

This log has quite a few issues, and we're going to enlist some help (programs) to remove them. Are you running any type of firewall or anti-virus program (online only)? We're going to try and install some free protection first.

 

Before we begin, let's create a manual " System Restore" point, and backup the registry.

First, based on what's in the log, we need to protect your internet connection. Download install and run ZoneAlarm basic; this program is free to use. Once installed (there's nothing to configure, really!), deny any of these programs access to the internet: win.exe, mseixh.exe, svshots.exe, ssmss.exe, CLIPWIEK386.SCR, Msbb.exe ,Linux.exe, dlbkbmgr.exe.

 

If this successfully installed, you won't need Windows ICF.

Next, go to www.trendmicro.com and perform the " Free Online Scan". There were at least one trojan and worm that was researched; let's see if this can remove them.

Next, download, install, update the virus definitions for AVG. Scan your system. See if it find's anything that " HouseCall" (above) didn't. They will e-mail you the activation code. This program, like ZoneAlarm basic, is free to download and use.

 

Those two programs will give you firewall and anti-virus protection. Remember to keep your anti-virus definitions upto date. I've used, and still use these two mentioned programs. They are free to use, no strings attached and will generally keep your pc out of trouble.

Next, remove " 180Search" or " 180Solutions" using " Add/Remove programs" in " Control panel". I'm hoping this one will go nicely. It should be named " 180..." something.

Next, download, install, update the definitions and run " AdAware Se Personal" (Do a full system scan) and " Spybot S&D" (click 'Check for Problems'). Let's see what they find. 

 

If these program(s) are having difficulty removing any 'problem' files, reboot into " Safe Mode" and try them again. Or, if you have any questions about their use, go ahead and post them here, or PM me.

When your done with all that, post back any problems, errors or concerns that you had with the above, and a new log. There's going to be a few more items we'll need to fix using HJT.

Relax Buddy. Keep away from the asthma medecine. Another suggestion from a wildly different perspective is  to use the restore CD's for Windows with a Reboot. The other Comments about Firewalls and Cookies etc. are well worth researching. The idea is that you might have endured a POWER OUTAGE. Our power blips off incessantly. An outage can precipitate restore CD's. support@msn.com is a good address to keep in your quiver.
