I cancelled the installation from CD of a typing program. The program now appears on the list of installed programs in the change/remove part of the Control Panel. Attempts to remove this remnant have failed...using the remove button in Control Panel. I cannot proceed with installation of the Typing program because something is saying it's already ther. How can I remove this part that appears on control panel? Thought when you abort an installation all traces of the intended are removed. HELP!!!!
