I removed Dell software from a client's new Inspiron 1521 Vista laptop. Afterwards, shutdown was extremely slow. It's too late to use system restore (other changes have been made) Should I try and reinstall all the bloatware, or is there a way of removing the remnants of the installed software? I tried PC Decrapifier but it was of no use. Or is the slow shutdown related to services not deleted? Thanks in advance.
