During the process to upgrade my Inspiron laptop to SP3, I got the following message: Could Not Back up Registry Key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current\Version\Unisntall\KB873339.

 

How critical is this to the process? I elected to abort the install untill I could ask.
