Turn off fire wall HELP PLEASE!!!!
I have downloaded Norton Anti virus 2005 to install on the computer, bur it will not install because the fire wall is active. The fire wall can NOT be turned off any place I have gone to do so. What next. I have to intall Norton. HELP
