I just got a new dimension 4700 with XP Media Center 2004.  I set up the tv signal as indicated but there is no audio on the display and the tv signal is coming in scrambled.

The pc and digital cable box are connected with an s-video cable and an audio cable with a y-adaptor.  The remote set up fine and the guide is working fine but the tv signal comes in scrambled.  I called Dell Tech support twice and got transferred between tech and software support for over an HOUR!  I called the cable company and they said it was a software issue and that the media center may not be configured properly to receive the digital cable signal.

I need help.  I've tried reinstalling the drivers but nothing seems to work. 

How can I get a clear reception to my monitor?  The signal comes in dark, without audio, and scrambled.
