Vista Upgrade arrived today.

Well, surprisingly enough it just showed up at my door. No email, no change to the order status site (still says "In Process" ), and no charge or hold to my credit card. I figured I would just post because maybe anyone else in my position may be receiving theirs soon.

Ordered a Inspiron 6400 on Dec, 14. Was finally allowed to register for the upgrade Feb, 7. So hopefully all you people waiting won't be waiting much longer.

    Canada actually.

And after reading about all the issues, I'm currently ghosting my current setup before I try a clean install. Just in case ;)

Hey, if Aaron or anyone else even slightly connected with Dell is reading, how much longer are you going to continue with this 'first in, first out' twadle.

Basically its a huge lie isn't it?

I think everyone knows the answer to that! Dell just won't stop "stonewalling" and admit to anything.
