In the US, you can request a Dell installation DVD here (does not require activation when installed on a Dell PC with a license) ... Dell does NOT offer a download of Dell installation media for Windows:

You can also download a "retail" disc and activate over the phone (with Microsoft, not Dell) using the product key on your license sticker:

This guide will instruct you in how to install Windows 7 using either the Digital River .iso "Retail" Disc or Dell Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD.

It has been more difficult to procure the Reinstallation DVD outside the US as there is no online procurement form for regions outside the US and users must contact Dell Technical Support by phone to obtain one. The policy on it seems to vary from region to region.

Glad you are up and running. Its similar to the one I recommended in my Windows Reinstallation Guide on heidoc.net.

You can also use the Microsoft .iso to USB/DVD tool to make the media (as instructed in the Windows Reinstallation Guide):

ImgBurn does the trick also for making a DVD.

If you have an ISO on a Windows 7 machine, you don't need any additional software ... just right-click ISO and Write Image to CD/DVD.  Also, installing via USB can be done without third-party utilities too (for the purists out there).
