    Complete Hopeless

I am a Dell XPS 1730 user and wanted to know the Windows 7 upgeade option.

All I wanted to know is Dell XPS 1730 model will support touch screen feature or not.

I phoned XPS Premium Support number 5P/Min, and support staff from India transfered me back and forth between customer service and tech support.

I gave up after listening the music over 30 min. Service and absolutely apuling and rude telephone manner from Dell Customer Service from India.

UK technical service 0844 338 1000 number is eve worst. After listening to the automatic answering service, "the other person has hung up." message play.

I wouldn't choose the Dell, if I know their support is that bad. I used to recommand all my friends to choose Dell. Not anymore after this experience.

    mikeydnut,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

The disc should come in the mail. There will be no download from Dell.

You get an E-Mail sent to you, probably directing you to a web page detailing shipping and VAT costs (thats if you live outside the US that is...i think!), you pay for that, and the disc is posted to you.

Pretty simple...But i'm still getting nervous!
