Windows Service Pack Setup Error Message

Hello!
 
I am a new user to this board.  I am looking for some help on a error message that I have been getting.  If anybody can give me any clue I would appreciate it.   The error pops up after I log into my system.
 
The error shows up like follows:
 
Windows Service Pack Setup
Error Signature
 
SzAppName:  update.exe
SzAppVer:      6.1.22.4
SzModName:  msvcrt.dll
SzModVer:   7.0.2600.2180 offsett:  00032a16
 
Reporting Details
Error report includes information regarding the condition of Window Service Pack Setup when the problem occurred, the operating system version and computer hardware in use & the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer.

    Service pack for what? (XP Pro or Home or Office?) and what level? (sp1,sp2,sp3)

    I get exactly the same error message at the same time.  If the current service pack is relevant to this problem then how do I find that out?
