I have a 8940 desktop that's still under warranty. The computer will randomly shut down with no error code or blue screen and take me to the windows troubleshooting screen. I've run the dell and windows diagnostics. There doesn't seem to be any reason for it. It happens several times a day and sometimes maybe once every other day. Sometimes it happens while I'm working on the computer, other times while I'm AFK. I'm wondering if this is a heating safety feature that's shutting it down. I have a large nvidia gaming card installed that does put out some heat, although I haven't done any gaming. There's only one fan in back of the PC pulling are out as well as the video card and CPU fans which are running. Please let me know what could be casing this and how to troubleshoot.
