quite some time ago my fingerprintreader started behaving a bit odd. When I turn my XPS on or wake from sleep, it sometimes needs like a minute for my fingerprint reader to let me in. I get the regular prompt to unlock with my finger and if I do so, the textbox fades for a fraction of a second, just to return afterwards, not showing any error whatsoever. What I noticed some time ago was, that if I wait a minute after printing my finger, Windows Hello suddenly switches to "Hello" and accepts my fingerprint. From then on it works flawlessly. I never did anything about it as I thought it might be a Windows quirk, but a month ago, the same behaviour occured on my girlfriends 9580 (I have a 9570). Has anyone experiences this too?
